Traditional wisdom

Traditionally used in European herbalism as a soothing plant for the womb, Silverweed was known as a "protector of women’s cycles". It was often given to calm intense cramping and tension, helping the body soften and “let go.” Old herbal texts describe it as a plant that brings relief, grounding, and gentle release.
