What is LayaCycle and who is it for?
LayaCycle is the only digital and natural wellness solution designed for women who experience PMS or PMDD — the physical and emotional symptoms that show up in the days or weeks before their period. If you've ever felt like your cycle derails your life month after month, and you're looking
for answers beyond "just take the pill," LayaCycle was built for you.
What solutions does LayaCycle offer?
Many women don’t fully understand what they experience before their periods. Too often, they’re either uninformed or told to simply normalize their pain. LayaCycle brings clarity to what’s happening in your body. We provide a 5-minute AI-powered diagnostic tool designed to help you identify whether you may be experiencing PMS or PMDD, instead of spending years searching for answers—often after seeing multiple doctors.
Beyond identification, LayaCycle helps you take action on your symptoms through the power of medicinal plants and effective supplements, designed to support you through every phase of your menstrual cycle. Our goal is simple: to help you feel better and live fully, because every woman deserves easy cycles. We’re also preparing to launch LayaApp, the first cycle-tracking app dedicated specifically to PMS and PMDD. Get in touch if you would like to be part of the early-user community!
Are the teas and supplements safe to use?
All LayaCycle products are made with carefully selected plant-based ingredients, sourced from trusted and carefully vetted suppliers. Each product includes clear usage guidelines, dosage recommendations, and precautions. That said, if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking regular medication, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or herbal tea.

What's the difference between PMS and PMDD?
PMS (premenstrual syndrome) affects the majority of women and typically involves manageable symptoms such as bloating, mood changes, or fatigue. PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) is a more severe condition in which symptoms—particularly emotional ones like anxiety, depression, or irritability—can significantly interfere with daily life. Many women live with PMDD for decades without receiving a proper diagnosis. LayaCycle is designed to help you better understand which one you may be experiencing and take action accordingly.
